Brandon Brigham

Chief Executive Officer

Brandon Brigham is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Traction Asset Management. An entrepreneur and investor, Brandon has spent more than 15 years building and growing businesses across manufacturing, distribution, e-commerce, healthcare, agriculture, and commercial real estate. He founded his first company in the industrial air filtration industry and has since expanded into a diversified portfolio of operating companies and investment assets.

As CEO, Brandon leads Traction's long-term vision, capital allocation, acquisitions, and growth strategy. His focus is on partnering with strong management teams, improving operations, and creating sustainable value through disciplined ownership and hands-on leadership.

Carl Goossen

Chief Financial Officer

Carl Goossen serves as Chief Financial Officer of Traction Asset Management, providing financial leadership across the firm's operating companies and real estate investments. With more than 25 years of experience in finance, operations, and business strategy, he helps drive informed decision-making, improve financial performance, and support long-term growth.

Carl's expertise includes financial planning and analysis, forecasting, cash flow management, operational improvement, and business systems implementation. He works closely with leadership teams to build scalable processes and create lasting value across the Traction platform.

Rachel Leland

Chief Operating Officer

Rachel Leland serves as Chief Operating Officer of Traction Asset Management, overseeing operational execution across the firm's operating companies and real estate investments. With a background spanning finance, accounting, human resources, project management, and business operations, she helps drive organizational alignment, improve processes, and support sustainable growth throughout the platform.

Rachel works closely with leadership teams to implement systems, manage strategic initiatives, and ensure day-to-day operations are executed efficiently. Her hands-on approach and cross-functional experience help transform strategy into measurable results across the Traction portfolio.

ray connell

General Council

Ray Connell serves as General Counsel for Traction Asset Management, providing legal guidance across the firm's operating companies, real estate investments, acquisitions, and strategic initiatives. With nearly five decades of legal experience, Ray brings extensive expertise in business law, corporate matters, real estate, zoning, employment law, and complex civil litigation.

A partner at Connell & Connell Attorneys, one of the oldest and most established law firms in South Central Kansas, Ray has built a reputation for practical counsel, strong advocacy, and trusted client relationships. He earned his J.D. from Washburn University School of Law and has been admitted to practice law in Kansas since 1977.

At Traction, Ray helps navigate legal risk, structure transactions, and support the firm's long-term growth strategy through practical, business-focused legal counsel.
